How does the rental process work and who keeps the florals?
You can rent an existing collection or we can work with you to customize one for your special day. All floral items from Posies & Dreams, Co. are the property of Posies & Dreams, Co. whether it’s an existing collection or one that we customize for your event. Contact us for details on price and the process for rental.
What’s in a collection?
A standard collection consists of the basic components for a small wedding event: 4 Bridesmaid bouquets, 7 Boutonnieres (1 groom, 4 groomsmen, 2 Fathers), 2 Corsages, Aisle markers (18 chair hangers or 10 small arrangements), 2 Small garlands (welcome sign), and 2 Large arrangements.
What if I want to add more items?
Absolutely! You can always add more bouquets, boutonnieres, arrangements, garlands and other add-on items at a separate cost per item. Contact us for details on the price for each.
What if the florals are for a non-wedding event or if my wedding doesn’t require all of the items in a standard collection?
We will work with you on however many items you need. All items not in a standard collection will be on a cost-per-item basis.
How does billing/payment work?
We ask for a $500 deposit to reserve your date. This deposit will go toward the remaining rental cost for the collection whether it’s an existing collection or one that we customize for you. We will discuss costs and additional billing details when you contact us.
Who does the setup and delivery?
We do! Saving you the time and effort, we will bring the collection to your event and set up the collection at your venue. We will handle any transfer of your items from ceremony to reception (wedding), and we will handle the take-down after.
